Season On Schedule keeps only what an association's season needs, shows it only to that association's signed-in people, and never posts anything for the public.

What we keep

• Your email, and your name if you or your club gave it.
• The associations and clubs you're in, and your role in each (manager, coach, admin or viewer).
• What your association puts in: its clubs and teams, its events, tiers and spots, and each request.
• A record of changes (who changed what, and when), which powers Undo and the event's history.
• When someone shared a schedule and which way (text, calendar file, picture or PDF), not the schedule itself.
• An association's logo and colors.
• The cookies that keep you signed in, and remember your club and how you like a list shown.

What we never do

• No ads, and no tracking you across other sites.
• We never sell people's details, or share them for anyone's marketing.
• No public pages, links or calendar addresses: nothing of an association can be opened by someone who isn't in it.
• People's details in one association are never used for another one.

Who sees what

• Everyone signed in to an association sees its Season Schedule, and which teams are in each tier.
• A club's managers see the club's people. A host's managers see the contacts of the clubs in their events.
• An association's admins see its clubs and people. Nobody from another association sees any of it.
• An association's name, logo and colors show on its own sign-in page.

The services SOS uses

Each handles information only to do its part for SOS:

• Supabase: the database and sign-in.
• Vercel: runs the site.
• Resend: sends the sign-in emails.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: the check that you're a person, on the sign-up and sign-in pages.
• Stripe: payments. Card and bank details go to Stripe, never to us.

Emails

We email you sign-in codes, and only what your association's season needs. Never marketing.

How long we keep it

As long as your association uses SOS. An association's admin can ask us to delete its information, and you can ask us to delete your login.

Athletes

SOS is for associations, clubs' staff and hosts. It keeps teams, not athletes: please don't put athletes' names or details into it.
