Terms
Last updated November 4, 2026.
These terms are for everyone who uses Season On Schedule ("SOS", "we") at seasononschedule.com. By signing in you agree to them.
What Season On Schedule is
A web app where a sports association's clubs post the events they host, set their tiers and team spots, ask for spots for their teams, and share their own schedules. It is used by associations and their clubs' staff, not by athletes.
Signing in
You sign in with your email and a 6-digit code we send it. Keep your email account safe: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. A login is for one person. Tell us if you think someone else has used yours.
Associations and their admins
- The person who starts an association is its admin. Admins decide which clubs are in, and clubs invite their own people.
- An association is responsible for what its people put into SOS (names, emails, events and teams), and for having the right to put it there.
- Each association sees only itself. Hosts decide who is in their events.
Using it fairly
Please don't use SOS to:
- do anything unlawful, or send anyone messages they didn't ask for;
- put in other people's details for any reason but your association's season;
- try to see another association's information, or get around the sign-in or the checks;
- start an association you don't run, or many associations to try things out (one person can start 3).
The price
- An association with up to 6 clubs is free, every season.
- Every association's first season is free, whatever its size: the season its first event is in.
- After that, an association with more clubs pays once a season, by the number of its active clubs on the day it pays: 7 to 15 clubs $249, 16 to 30 clubs $449, 31 and up clubs $749 (US dollars). Clubs that join later in the season don't change the price.
- A season pass is paid once and doesn't renew by itself. There is nothing to cancel.
- Pay by card, or by invoice (card, bank transfer or check). Payments are handled by Stripe.
- Prices may change for a season not yet paid for. We say so on this site first.
- A season that has started is never stopped because of payment.
Refunds
You can have a full refund of a season pass until that season's first event is on the Season Schedule. After that the season is in use, and the pass isn't refunded. Email us to ask.
Your information
An association's information belongs to the association. We use it only to run SOS for that association. The Privacy page says what we keep and who sees it.
Closing an association or a login
An association's admin can ask us to close it and delete its information, and anyone can ask us to delete their login. We may close a login or an association that breaks these terms, telling its admin first unless the law or someone's safety says otherwise.
No guarantee
We work to keep SOS running and correct, but it is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes. Check important dates and places with the event's host.
Limit of responsibility
As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to an association is no more than what it paid us for the current season.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and we email associations' admins about any big change before it takes effect.
